Board of Directors
A Board of Directors governs the AventWest Community Development Corporation and is composed an odd number of members with a minimum of nine (9) and a maximum of fifteen (15) elected by the membership. Paid member of the staff of the Corporation may not be elected to the Board. Paid staff members may serve as ex officio members, without voting privileges, at the discretion of the Board.
